we had a pleasant stay at seashells, enjoying a spacious apartment with a comfy king-size bed and a nice balcony overlooking the river. the location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the beach and a lovely pool area. the kitchen had basic supplies, which was handy, and my wife appreciated the washer/dryer. overall, the service was friendly, making our experience enjoyable.
Cleanliness was lacking in some areas 😕, needs improvement!

We only got one tiny bottle of body wash and no coffee capsules, which left us scrambling in the morning. For what we paid, it felt really stingy.

We really liked the central location as it was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also like the large living area and and the bedroom. Being a one bedroom apartment the kitchen was also a good size..

Excellent all round and would love to stay again.
I couldn't fathom how to get heat in the room. We have reverse cycle but we gave up in the end - would have been fine if it had been hot as the cooler worked. Having said that we managed with cardigans and loved staying there.

The room was not only spacious and clean but also had all the amenities we needed for our little ones. The location was perfect with restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and professional.
Breakfast items could use more variety to enhance the experience.

The rooms were wonderful, I want to fins a couch like they had in them for my home!
No reception after 6 pm which made it difficult to book in. It was raining and was difficult to get into the reception area to call the caretaker and the instructions werent very clear, reception needs to be open longer. The function which turned water from the shower head from a shower to a bath tap didnt work in our room or in our friends room either.

clean neat tidy close to the beach, lovely pool and surroundings, staff were helpful.
in our unit..the Tv specified movies available, but ours didnt work and it had just gone after hours and no manintenance person could fix this prob until the next day which was our departure day...the aircon ( for heating) was also not working..the maintenance ppl did come and fix it, they had a go then left it to see if it would right itself..it seem to so we cancelled them, that night however ,it didnt work again ! It would also have been nice to have an eatery in the hotel, even only for b/fast or cafe style type of menu.

I found Seashells Mandurah one of the best self contained apartment complexes I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly and made my stay a very happy one. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and to say I was surprised when I opened the door would be an understatement. The apartment had an ocean view, and what a view it was, simply gorgeous. The apartment itself was huge, very very clean and more than what I was expecting.Plenty of room and a good size balcony. The surrounding areas around the complex provide plenty of choices for dining, leisure and sight seeing. I would thoroughly recommend Seashells Mandurah to EVERYONE,i will definately going back,in fact I will be re- booking this week, and ive only got home today. Loved it

I was shocked to find the bathroom was a slippery hazard with loose towel rails, not to mention the noisy family above me that totally ruined my relaxation. I expected a welcome gift for this inconvenience, yet received nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. So disappointing.

A nice size and brand-new room, a bathtub and a shower in the room. Many things to like: comfortable bed, good food, competent staff. Decent, peaceful location in the very very nice area.
